INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is an opportunity to pause and set aside time to think about your feelings, needs and desires in the company of another human being who is there to fully support you in your journey of healing, growth and becoming the best version of yourself.
APPROACH TO HEALING WITH INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Using an integration of attachment based lens, Mindfulness, somatic awareness, CBT and trauma informed approach, I help individuals with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma and life transitions. I will support you in slowing down, being mindful & noticing self-critical, intrusive voices that get in the way of accessing the capacities and inherit wisdom that I believe you hold.
