SEX & INTIMACY

For many people, sex can be pleasurable and even foster a deeper sense of connection. But,
like any part of relationships, it can also bring challenges or stress. Our culture judges
sexuality, sending mixed messages about what counts as “sex,” what “good” sex looks like,
or what is “too much” or “not enough.” It’s no wonder that so many of us feel shame,
uncertainty, or worry that something is wrong with us and our desires. These feelings can
make it hard to know how — or even feel safe — to talk about sex.

APPROACH TO SEX & INTIMACY HEALING

Sex, like any part of life, can affect our wellbeing, and the only way to make sense of it is to talk about it. Issues that can arise are:

  • Lower desire partner

  • Higher desire partner

  • Desire discrepancy

  • Desire and stress

  • Sex pain

  • Menopause

  • Desire, pleasure, eroticism, satisfaction

  • Betrayal and repair

  • Monogamy vs non-monogamy

  • Dating and anxiety

  • Consent and feelings of pressure

  • Trauma and healing

  • Sexual Sham

I like to offer a supportive space to explore desires, challenges, and experiences with curiosity and care, helping people feel more confident, connected, and fulfilled.
